1986 Jeep Wagoneer leaky transmission

Transmission fluid leaked out still runs when adding tranny fluid where can the leak be it looks likes it s coming frim inbetween the motor and transmission connect. And is this an expensive repairalso cdoes it have to be done by a shop? Thank you

Due to the age of the vehicle and mileage you are better off to take it to a shop. DIY people can break the oil pump if not done right, besides there is a posibility that ther eis a bushin worn out as well as other parts so you are better off to go to a pro.
