e drive prob

my jeep is stuck in emergency drive, tranny has 10k on it.

If your vehicle is in limp mode, there is a problem with a sensor and the transmission is trying to protect itself while allowing you to get home or to a shop.

When this happens, you need to have the trans control module (TCM) scanned to identify where the problem is coming from.

Have that done and let me know what you find.

there is no tcm on this one. i think its the vacuum motor for the differential.

fixed it. rapped on the diaphram with a wrench and replaced all the rubber vacuum hoses. everything working :)!
