My Jeep is acting weird

I did an oil change to my Jeep and I noticed that the amount of oil that was in the motor wasn't even close to be 5 qts. I don't a puff of smoke, but I can see a little blue smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe (very little) where can the oil be going? What should I check? Could it be the PCV valve?

It is 5.2 engine
it has 103021 miles
10-30 oil

Does it smoke just idling or only when taking off from idle? Does it smoke when you rail on it?
