2005 Jeep Liberty gas tank

Whenever I fill my jeep with gas, my tank overflows. I can pump it slow but I won't even get to capacity before gas shoots back out. Or ill put the nozzle on automatic and as soon as it shuts off gas will flow out the top.

It could be the overflow pipe for the fuel tank that is blocked. This will cause the overflowing without a full tank because the fuel tank vapors will have no where to go but out the opening, pushing the fuel with it.
