1991 Jeep Laredo Brake lights

Brakes problem
1991 Jeep Laredo 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

When you apply the brakes the light do not come on. When you turn on the drive lights come on but you still can not see the brake lights light up what would be causing this.
Oh and when you turn off the vehicle the radio stays on can you explain?

For the brake lights if the stop fuse is okay-test the brake switch and for the radio the ignition switch could be acting up or the constant power and the ignition switch power are shorted together.

Well we got the brake light t owor know it was a wire conection now we need to figer out y we can only put 3gal. Of gas in it
