I own a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 with an inline 6 cylinder with 230,000 miles. It has run fantastically for all of those miles. The other day while driving, I noticed that while my light switch was in the auto position, my interior light on the dash, message center and upper console blinked from dim to bright several times. Now I have no dash lights, fog lights, parking lights, or console lights regardless of the control switch position. My headlights, blinkers, flashers, and brake lights all work. I have checked the fuses and all are perfect. What do you think could be the problem?
