I'd make sure the battery has a full charge and the cables/wires off the battery are clean and tight.
You should be able to do some testing at the starter relay in the power distribution center, under the hood. Make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set, block the wheels. Remove the relay, the 30 terminal should be hot all the time, the 87 terminal carries the signal to the starter solenoid.
The positive battery cable should lead to the starter.
