I've noticed that when I trun my front wheels in a sharp turn like backing out of the driveway or truning into a parking spot there is a bumping nosie in the front end. It feels like I'm going over bumps. I've noticed fluid spots on my garage floor, ( middle front end). Any Ideas, my car is going into the shop for an oil change and state inspection next week. Thanks

If you hear a clicking sound, I would say the CV joints are bad. Is it a clicking sound? Also, are the spots on the floor an oil or grease substance?

Let me know.

joe,

It seems to be oil not grease on the garage floor. Actually it's a bumping when I turn the front wheels sharply, makes it feel like i'm going over bumps in the road.
