1999 Jeep Cherokee Transmission Lines

I have a line off of the transmission. It was laying on top of the bell housing. It is a small rubber hose. It has a clamp on it that appears to be a piece of plastic inside of it that has been broken. Where does this line go to?

For the tranny that goes no where.
