i was ideling in front of a store and it just stopped all the gauges will not work when I turn the key on what is it

Hello, I'd make sure the battery has a full charge, cables are ok. Will the vehicle crank? You might have to check the feed to and from the ignition switch?

I get it to turn over but it wont start fuel pump turns on and all im thinking it has to do with the alarm some how idk im lost

If your not getting voltage to the fuel pump relay, red wire is hot all the time, dark blue wire goes hot when you turn the key on. The computer grounds the coil side of relay. I don't have good info on your theft system.
