Engine Performance problem
1998 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when I turn the key all gauges turn on /doors lock etc etc but nothing, not even a click?
also when it was running I would be at a stop light or sign and upon eceleration it would move very slowly until 2000 rpm and thenit would start to move?

Lets get it running before we worry about how fast it goes. Lol Could be a bad starter/solenoid. Check for 12 volts at the small wire on the starter with key in crank position. If it has power then the starter needs to be replaced. If none, then get back to me and we will figure out where it stops. If there is any aftermarket alarms, by-pass the crank interrupt feature.
