What is the worst case scenario of losing oil a little at a time from both the rear and front oil seals, yet keeping a close eye on the gauge to make sure you dont run out of oil, if the rear BLOWS OUT at high speeds on the highway before you know it?

The rear seal won't blow out as much as it will start to leak more and more to the point that it will run out of oil if not kept checked, it will make such a mess that I doubt that you will get it that bad as a small amount of oil makes a big mess, front seal much the same, it will become a night mare with oil spillage, but like any oil problem, neglect it at your peril, by the time you hear that first knock or the oil light starts to flicker at speed, the damage is usually done.
