1998 Jeep Cherokee - sometimes won't start after turning off engine. If you let it sit for a while, it'll restart. What could be the problem?

See my profile, Ma'am, I type really slow, I answer a good bit here.

Member like you, no pay. I do not know you rig's specifics. I am a CJ guy!

I answered Jill Slattery (in a post further down, Below yours).

Look for:

"2001 Jeep Cherokee Starting"

FOLLOW STEPS, the best that you can, no skipping stuff, because, "It looks good"

Other answers, from other people, are there too.

Maybe heat is affecting, poor connections---maybe anothers answer there, below my answer.

Be prepared for, None of Turddogs stuff works

Just trying to get you a quick, safe, fellow member fix!

Never the less, if you have trouble with the "basics" of checking and cleaning ( I am sure, your solenoid, looks different, but the function is the same)

Come back here, and I will ATTEMPT to help you more.

Reply with good news,

Love, Turddog
