Ill start my jeep and it starts just fine but some times when my jeep will pass first gear it seems like it just dies on me, I just replaced the battery and alternator I think it might be a miss fire with my spark plugs but I dont know

A misfire won't cause it to die unless it is extreme. This sounds more like a weak fuel pump or a partially plugged fuel filter. Have either been checked or changed? Also, when was the last tune up and has the check engine light come on?
