is there a way to connect power seats on a grand cherokee ladero 1997 WAS my laderos equipted with the wiring harness? can"t find it . looking forward to upgrade my regular seats to power heater seats and if not how can i connected?

If the vehicle didn't come with the option, there won't be any wiring for it.

You would have to check with a dealer, provide them the vin number, and they should be able to find it for you.
