Why does engine stall when under power? Runs fine then cuts out, sometimes will pick back up, and sometimes stalls out.

IT is losing something.

First I would check for DTCs in the computer. IF none,

Then I would put a fuel gauge on it and drive it to see if it loses pressure when it stalls or if the fuel pressure is good to begin with.

IF there are codes, then we need to know what they are to go further.
