1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport Stalling

I have a 1995 Cherokee Sport with a 4.0L engine.
The problem is that it stalls when I let up on the gas.
It dosent do it all the time and seems to happen only when slowing down to make a turn or stopping. Now most of the time it will start right back up but I have had a few times it had to cool down before it would start. I have changed the plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and roter button. Plus fuel filter with no luck. I have had it to the Dealer and ran on the computer and it finds no problems. This is causing a big problem. Because its the wife car. Do you have any suggestions for this backyard machanic?

Try the Idle air controller. You can try cleaning it to see if it helps. Take it off and inspect it don't force it to move just clean it! If it improves you might want to get a new one.
