1995 Jeep Cherokee Shifting trouble

My jeep has trouble shifting when I come to a stop sometimes it wont come out of gear and sometimes it wont go in. I end up having to shut the jeep off to put it in reverse and 1st gear. I dont think its the clutch itself cause it dont seem to slip at all. I think its the slave cylinder or throw out bearing cause it seems like the clutch does not disengage when its having problems. Anyone got any ideas
