1994 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

started it one day and was going to let it warm up for a min. But by the time I got out it died. Now it just cranks and cranks but doesnt even try to start. Getting spark from ign coil to dist none from dist. To any plugs has no ign module or pickup coils, just cam and crank sensors but the obdII scan tool read no electrical probs. Replaced cap and rotor on dist new plugs new wires,
fuel all checks out

Dju look inside distributor for :

Obvious broke stuff, like missing/ stolen/ broke rotor button.

Can you, with moderate pressure, turn the rotor button/ shaft, EZily 'round and 'round?

Have you watched the rotor button turn, as you turn over engine?

RESULTS?
