1994 Jeep Cherokee Jeep won't start

1994 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a jeep cherokee and I went to go to work yesterday mornng and it won't start. You can turn the key over as far as it will go but nothing happens. All the lights in the car come on fine and the headlights turn on fine. We checked the starter, all the fuses, the ground wire, tried to jump start the battery and none of those things work. You can hear the fuel pump kicking on but the car won't do anything. What does it sound like so we can try some other things?
