I changed the plugs and wires it cranks but seems to flood out all the time any ideas still doesnt start

Welcome to the forum, did you visually check for spark at the plugs? Are there any codes?

The plugs are new new wires also have fuel pressure have no wayof getting codes I used to work for jeep but no tools to get codes have spark but doesnt seem that good

You should be able to get some codes by cycling the ignition switch, just till the dash lites come on. On-off, on-off, on-off, on, then the check engine lite starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. You are fuel injected?
