Car wont start just replaced alternator and battery, now when I start it when I had the hood liftted I saw like sparks coming from the starter it looks sd if it need to be rewired. The car also makes a click noise in place of starting.

Sounds like you've already located the most obvious place to look for your no start - The arcing and sparking indicates a really bad connection at the starter solenoid, and now the clicking means that not enough electricity is making it to the solenoid to cause it to turn over. Disconnect the battery, then start at the starter solenoid, take the wire loose, then follow it back until you find the damage - it sounds like there are only a few strands left in the wire that are still connected. If you don't find ANY damage, post back, describe again the symptoms in as much detail as possible, and we'll start looking in a new direction. Good Luck!
