I have a 1991 Jeep Limited cherokee. It's running rough. Check engine code reads hi/low voltage to TPS sensor. I've tried 4 new tps sensors still does the same thing. sometimes it runs just fine. Other times for no reason it runs really rough, bogs down, rpms jump around.. Any ideas? I replaced the MAP sensor, air filter, engine temp sensor, new plugs/wires, new battery, new alternator, new muffler, no results.

Check the circuits at the tps wiring connector. Ref voltage--ground--signal. The ref voltage is around 5 volts. The info below is for the signal wire. Use digital multimeter.
