Transmission problem
1989 Jeep Cherokee Four Wheel Drive Manual 70,700 miles

I just bought a 1989 Jeep Cherokee with only 70k miles, and I was just told I need a new clutch (stick shifted fine during my test drive, but now it's hard). Looking up parts, I found a SANTEN A/C motor that "includes clutch". The A/C is also not working, which I knew when I bought it. Is there a connection? Is it worth it to invest in a new clutch on 20 year old car (with very low mileage)?

HI there,

The A/C clutch and the transmission clutch are two totally separate items, you just wont be able to dive the car until the transmission clutch is overhauled.
