passenger side window will roll down but not back up?

My passenger side window will roll down but not back up. Does this sound like just a loose connection somewhere or could it be inside the window motor itself? Also is there a way to manually get the window to roll up? Thanks a lot fellas!

remove and clean or replace the switch

I went back and did some further investigation and found that the switch was not making proper contact internally. I took it apart, cleaned all the small parts, and added fresh grease. I reinstalled the switch and it works perfectly. Thanks anyway and hope I have a harder question for you next time.
