2003 Jaguar XJ6 annoying car wobble

My car has developed a wobble. It is like someone is sitting in the passenger seat shaking their leg causing the suspension to wobble. It is most obvious at low speeds and at 20mph on perfect tarmac it is like driving over cobbles only nowhere near as bad. The garage reduced my front tyre pressures thinking I would not be as aware of it. They must think I am stupid.
Any ideas out there

Can I know the condtion generating the issue?

If the car wobble on the A/C working, I advise you to replace the cooling fan with a good one.
The bad balance of the cooling fan produce the issue.

If when car idle without A/C on, the car wobble, I advise you to check the engine, for possible reasons.
Becasue the bad engine is the culpit, and she is telling you through wobbling body 'I am ill'.
