I was replacing a window clip on the drivers side and after I took off the door panel and got the clip on I tried to put the window down but got no power. Then I tried to start the car but it would not turn over. The radio works, the fans work the windows will not work. The EPC light is on. I made sure that none of the fuses were bad. Please help.

The EPC light, electronic power control, indicates when there are problems with an array of issues. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. If it is, try to disconnect the battery for ten minutes to see if it will reset. If it does not, you will need a vag com program to determine what is causing the problem. Honestly, there are a few inexpensive scanners I have seen made for VW/Audi that work really well. If you have a VW, you may consider the investment. It will save you in the long run.
