Hi,
If this happened all at once, chances are it is either an ignition spark issue at the plugs or a fuel related issue.
First, here is a link that explains how to test and check the things most commonly related to a crank no start condition:

Here is the easiest way I know to check if it is a spark or fuel related issue. See if the engine starts for a couple of seconds using starting fluid. If it starts and then stalls, we know it's fuel related. If it doesn't start, then it's likely ignition related.
Try that and let me know the results. Also, let me know if you can think of anything that may have led to the issue, symptoms prior to failure, or anything you can think of that may help.
Take care,
Joe
