belt squeling problems

I have a 1995.5 isuzu Rodeo, i recently had to change my alternator but even before that, my belt that connects to the alternator to the engine keeps squeling bad especially when the a/c is on my mechanic doesn't even know what's going on, the pulleys are in good shape, belts are brand new. what is the problem?

If the pulley on the alternator and the pulley behind the fan isn't properly aligned(you can see a slight curve in the belt) you can get a squeal.
