axle fluid change

I have 2003 isuzu rodeo 3.2 l 4x4 I'm trying to change the rear differential fluid but there is no drain plug, is there any other way to drain besdies take of the diff plate?

You can buy a tool that sucks fluid out called a fluid suction gun:

Remove the fill plug and suck out the old oil and refill.
