The car has a possible short circuit when turning on the turn signal lights and indicator lights, when driving when an indicator light is active it starts jerking and loses speed. Also, it also has difficulty maintaining stability when going at more than 30/40kmh after a few minutes (1-2min) when going in third/4th gear, reducing speed and turning third/second gear the car starts to jerk and has difficulties with acceleration. It has 4 cylinders, only 2 work at the moment.

It has 4 cylinders, only 2 works at the moment. So, this will be the problem, the engine needs all 4 of its cylinders to work correctly. Here is a guide on misfires which will go over the problems a misfire can be which I would start with the spark plugs and coils/wires.

You might want to do a come compression test to make sure the engine is okay.
