TBIS, which I have never heard of might mean throttle body injection system, which yes is part of the fuel system, it is where the fuel injectors are located in a throttle body, hence the initials TBIS or throttle body injection system.
If the engine starts and runs only a few seconds and then shuts off, it could be a security or anti-theft issue, especially if there is a security or theft light on or flashing. If so, try a spare key and if you do not have one, try cleaning that key where the pellet is located and try it again.
It that does not work, you will most likely have to have the trouble codes retrieved from the power-train control module or any theft module or even a body control module, which is why it is best just to use a scan tool and read the trouble codes from all the computer modules.
If a spare key do not work, there is security light on and you have no scan tool, you may have to just have it towed to a shop that has a scan tool, like the dealership.
