2003 nissan pathfinder:feels like the engine will turn off...did a tune-up and using highest gas still having that problem

Check for vacuum leaks, EGR, and if it hasn't been tuned up for some time, it may be due. Also, if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned. It could be a sensor such as the idle air control valve, throttle position sensor... If the problem happens at high speeds, have the fuel pressure tested.
