New to me the vehicle listed above SR5. I drove without issue for 3 weeks, then it sat for 1 week. Came back to accessory dash lights and then silence when the key was at the "On or Start" position. I've started from the top and have worked my way backwards trying to find the issue because now it's intermittent. Initially, I inspected the fuses and relays. Did the park-neutral-park game with no luck. Chose to replace the Starter relay.
Battery and cables were charged and intact but did install an additional ground. I beat the starter then replaced it but it was found to not be the issue. Swapped the ignition switch with no change. Changed out the neutral safety switch and at last she fired right up. This is where the issue went intermittent. Never shuts off while in motion and it's a guessing game whether I need to wait 10 minutes for her to start again or 30. I will do nothing but wait. Could it be a heat sensor? What's not talking? No aftermarket alarm that I can find but as a newbie it hard to exactly identify everything. I have a multimeter and am at your mercy! Thank you

I assume when you mean not start you mean not cranking over and it has new battery cables correct? There is an AM1 fuse in the main fuse panel we need to inspect the connections, also here is the starter wiring diagram so you can see how the system works. Also, check to see if the negative battery cable is connected to the engine block and the body, the system must have a body ground. I have seen defective starter motors cause the issue you have described. If all seems okay, here is a guide to check for power so you can see where you are losing the starter trigger signal.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. The wiring diagrams are for both manual and automatic transmissions FYI.

I recently replaced the AM2 fuse but not the AM1. Appears the two 10A ports are not receiving power. Is this correct?
As far as grounds, I have Frame to Engine, Engine to Body and Negative battery cable to Engine.

Thanks for the images, it does not have a fuel panel on the left side of the engine bay. We need to check the bkl/yel wire coming from the ignition switch for power when in the crank position. Check the images below images below to help as well. If you don't have power replace the switch.
