Intake manifold bolts

Okay, so I'm finished rebuilding the timing, putting together the engine. So, I already accounted for the bolts on the intake manifold being old and looking brittle. So of course I am over it. They aren't easily removable. They're in there on a spindle allowing them to spin infinitely. So how do I get those bolts out? I broke one off in the cylinder head and my whole day is shot now. How do I get the bolts out of the manifold itself to replace them?

I am not quite sure what you mean by the bolts are on a spindle, but I have included for you in the diagrams down below a factory removal and installation guide for your vehicle's intake manifold. So, it is the intake manifold hardware. They're mounted with a isolator cuff. They come factory so if you look at the bottom and see what keeps it in the manifold that is the cuff. So I spoke with a Dodge tech, they said the cuff can be knocked out from the bottom. Get a punch and hammer and tap it out. I'm currently looking for replacement bolts which seem to be hard to find at a sane price. Checking OEM Dodge Chrysler parts. Everything seems to be working out so far just have to wait and get the broken stud removed later. Last day of rebuild turned into the last week of rebuild since I will have to lie in wait for parts.

Hello again,

I completely understand. When I was rebuilding my Mustang, I had to wait for a week for a stud to come in from Ford that went to one of my mains. Stud came in, finally, and it was missing a long copper nut, drilled all the way through and tapped that went on top of the stud and my oil pickup tube bolted into. I absolutely couldn't go forward with build without getting this right, so, another week of waiting for me. I sympathize with you.
