Good morning.
As far as the tire, check the air pressure to be sure it is all the same pressures.
As far as the ABS light, it indicates a fault in the system. the most common issue is a whee speed sensor. There is a code stored for the fault. A parts store can read it for you for free and then we can narrow the are of failure for you.
