Instrument cluster not working?

Instrument cluster does not work whatsoever, not even the tachometer or the speedometer now the door ding is going off every 2 minutes while I'm driving and I have some damage wires going to the fuse panel inside the driver's side part of the truck. any help would be greatly appreciated.

The damaged wiring can be the problem, so that needs to be fixed ASAP. Once that is done I would check the 4 fuses the run the cluster, fuse # 11, 9, 9 (i guess there are 2, 9s') and fuse #20 in the fuse panel under the dash on the left side. Here is a guide to help:

So the fuses are not numbered and the sticker that says witch fuse does what on the box cover has very poor pictures of what it operates so if you have an visual of where fuse #'s 11,9, and 9b are located that would be amazing

I don't see 9b, just check all of them with the key on using the guide. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
