Instrument cluster issues all the gages won’t respond?

Recently installed a new dash shell and I’ve gotten everything wired back in but now the instrument cluster is giving me issues all the gages won’t respond and no matter what the left turn signal light and bright icons stay bright any ideas?

Do you mean you installed a cluster or the entire dash assembly? What wiring did you use? What year is the housing from?

It’s the same cluster and same wiring. I just put a new dash assembly in since the last one was cracked. I haven’t changed any of the wiring that’s what’s confusing me on what’s going wrong
