Yep, the throttle body does look like it need service. The throttle body may only open that far when the engine is not running.

I had to order a throttle body gasket so the cleaning will have to wait until tomorrow.
Okay, I have many questions as to what I should be looking for specifically when looking at after a scan? There is a lot of information I'm not exactly familiar with. I have 7 DTC total.

Great news the idle has cleaned up after cleaning the tb as best I could without moving the valve. Tomorrow I'm replacing the coil with an OEM brand new one as well as an OEM Denso spark plug.

My STFT fluctuates between 4.7 to 12.5% at idle which means reading lean and causing the injector to stay open longer to comp more fuel correct? I'm finding a P1801 Vias Bank 2 as well as a P1800 Line pressure. Tthat be fuel line correct? I'm having to wait and do the plug and coil for the week days due to the vehicle being gone all weekend.

If the STFT is going lean it means the LTFT is rich, what is the LTFT reading?

Have you driven the car around after clearing the codes? If not then this will be the case. If so I would think the PCM is bad.

So a update. I have gotten sicknof chasing my tail with what some guy in a van did. I decided to start over with all knowledge of the car doesn't exist because thats one expensive rabbit hole. Read the code(s) and started there today. Took the whole thing apart to access bank 1 - cyl 1 replaced plug with a OEM denso plug and a OEM hitachi coil. I tested the new one I removed that was "new" and no spark. Then cleaned everything really good wth carb cleaner and re assembled after a meticulous inspection. I don't want to jinx it so it hasnt thrown a code when I went for a shakedown/get fuel run. Even drove in A/T and went along like a swiss watch. I appreciate everything you have helped me with and the guidance, especially with not having any tools down here at first. I will update in a tank of fuel or so.
Heres what I removed today from cylinder 1 hole. Thank you, Ken!

I can see where the coil was was arcing and burning up.
