Hello,

When an engine stalls due to running out of fuel. There will be air in the fuel line. And the line needs to be primed before the engine can start.
Turn the key to the on position (not start) wait for the fuel pump to cycle. Do this a few times to prime the line.
Then try to start.

Another possibility is that the pump has burnt up due to running out of fuel.

When you turn the key to the on position, can you hear the pump come on?
If you are not hearing the pump, it is a possibly of a bad pump.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
