There’s been a couple of times my car wouldn’t turn on when I turned the key all the way, most of the time it turns on normally though.

So, does the engine crank and not start or not crank? does it seem like the ignition switch is the problem? We need more information to help you. Do you have a check engine light on? Please go over this video and guide below to help get us started on what the problem is:

No sometimes when it doesn’t start right away, I’ll turn the key, but only the dashboard lights and radio come on, but I hear no cranking from the engine, it’s completely silent. Yes, I think it might be the ignition, I thought maybe the battery, but all the lights are perfectly fine and are not dimmed at all. Also, I bought the car maybe three weeks ago and I have never seen the check engine light on, and the car runs good. Honestly I’m good if I have to turn the key a couple of times to get the car running like I said before it doesn’t happen all the time I’m just worried if it’s a more serious problem like I don't want my car to stall on the highway or something, but right now it’s seem like it’s something not to worry about I just want to talk to an expert to confirm that though.

Sure, that sounds reasonable. To me it sounds like the starter motor can be going bad. I would use a test light to check for 12 volts at the trigger wire when the key is in the crank position. This guide can help you:
