I bought this vehicle when I go to look under the hood I see water in the fuse panel, also the car cranks but wont start. It seems it is not getting any spark is there a fuse I should check on this type of car or is it the crankshaft sensor that needs to be replaced. I have seen many posts regarding every year of vehicle, but not the year that I have could you help point me to the areas to look for this? Could it possibly be a fuse due to no cover over the fuse box (the fuse box under the hood)? Since it does not have a cover I do not know what fuse it is. Can give any support? It would mean a lot. Thanks in advance.

Yes, water in the fuse panel is not good, try to dry the fuse panel out then remove all fuses and check for corrosion which will stop the car from running, next check the this article out and please get back to me.
