I have lost all turbo, my tow haul quit working

I was hauling my RV just as usual. No problems at first. About 500 miles into our move I noticed that on an incline my vehicle would shake oddly. That didn't last very long though. Before you know it, it seems to not be getting enough power cause while going up a hill my truck would slow down about 5-10 mph depending on the incline. It was having a very hard time speeding up on the hill. While checking if my tow haul was working I come to find out that it is not working. Usually while going down a hill the vehicle would down shift itself while the j-break was on but I noticed that wasn't working either. And to top that all off it doesnt seem to be shifting int gears properly. As long as I put the truck into 5th gear while driving it would drive fine. But still not enough power, no tow haul and not turbo.
I have already checked all the fuses and all fluids. Now of which seem to be the problem. I dont know what to do please help me.
