I have bad Rough Idle

I was using high octane fuel, I read I could use regular; I did one time, I do not any more. But since then its been running really rough; also, the coolant reservoir was pretty empty, I bought the 50/50 anti freeze, same color and then things started to leak all over under the car. I had the fuel filter changed; platinum plugs installed, new front struts, oil filter, air filter, oil change.
When I bought it used about a year ago, it ran great.
any help you could provide would be appreciated.

This may be a head gasket problem, have coolant system pressure checked for leaks, there is also a chemical they can add to system that detects leaks. You could also have a freeze plug leaking on side of block but a pressure check will be able to get that pointed out.
