Good one.
Engine OFF (key in your pocket), look down the carburetor and move the throttle from closed to fully open (you will need to hold the choke plate open so you can look inside).
There is a nozzle (gold in color) that should spray fuel as you open the throttle. If it does not, the circuit is plugged or the pump diaphragm is broken.
In any case, it would be best to remove the carburetor, take it apart and clean it out and then assemble with a rebuild kit.
