I would like to clean the MAF sensor. When the car is parked after a short drive I detect an oily smell.

Hello, you can't clean a MAP sensor, it is only a vacuum transducer and getting any cleaning fluids inside would not be good for it. Most vehicles will have either a MAP or MAF sensor, very few have both. A MAF (Mass Air Flow sensor) would be on the Air Intake Boot. But there isn't one listed in the wiring diagrams for this vehicle. If you smell oil burning, most likely there is a small oil leak somewhere, and that's what you are smelling. You can check around the top of the engine, (around the Valve Cover) for oil leaking, or take a look underneath and see if there are any oil spots dripping off the bottom of the engine. If I remember correctly these vehicles have a large plastic shield underneath, so you may not see any oil dripping if the leak is very small. You can also look on the exhaust manifold coming off the engine for any signs of oil that may be burning off there as well.
