2000 Hyundai Sonata Belt

I am trying to put the S Belt back on which I have done but it keeps slipping off. It looks like the AC pulley is farther back then the rest or the pulley just above it a little to far out. According to the diagram, I have it on correctly but don't know why it keeps coming off. The old belt besides being worn just came off also, but it was on for since we bought the car 7 years ago.

It is very possible that the tensioner pulley no longer gives the tension that you need.
