Sorry, I had one of those moments. Here are the directions for both:

1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Disconnect the VIS actuator connectors and injector connectors.
3. Remove the accelerator cable.
4. Remove surge tank sub assembly.
5. Remove the spark plug cable.
6. Remove the spark plug.
Reverse the sequence to replace them.
