2009 Other Hyundai Models New Hundai i 20 noise problem

Hi I have recently taken a hundai 1 20 magna model. and from first week i started feeling noise or unusual vibration occasionally when i make car to nutral.

Some time when i stop my car and make nutral i feel a noice and vibration on my gare also. Whe i press clutch paddel 2-3 times it goes off.

I showed car to dealer and they told it is possible issue with flywheel assembly.

I want to know what could be possible problem and what could be resolution for that.

What care i should take with dealer as it is bran new car.

It could be a flywheel, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearing...

Since the car is new, the dealer must fix it. If they can't get it fixed after 3 tries, the car may fall under the lemon law.
