I replace both oxygen sensors and engine light still came back on. Went to Autozone had them to check codes, it said low voltage. One was troubleshooting PO137, the other troubleshooting PO131. Could you give me an answer on this please.

Hi:
The low voltage is refering to the O2 sensor. This can be caused by a bad sensor, damaged wiring, or a loose or corroded plug to the sensor. Check those thing and let me know what you find.
